Your responsibilities will include:
· Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals in the local market
· Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities
· Oversee and manage daily operations, including business development, representation, management and coordination of relationships with third parties
· Provide input for developing local credit risk strategies
· Implement processes to improve operational effectiveness and streamline the workflows
· Budgeting (implementation and control)
· Prepare of annual, semi-annual and sub-reports in relation to the Company, as may be required by the laws or Rules and submission of these documents to the Group and relevant authorities
· Ensure the compliance of the Company and all these activities with all legal and regulatory acts applicable to private limited companies engaging in credit loan activities in Peru
· Recruit, mentor and manage a high performing team that will ensure the achievement of the main business goals
· Provide supervision, management, inspiration and engagement of employees
· Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies in order to achieve the financial goals
· Initiate and implement innovations to improve the overall performance
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, cooperation with related parties of the Company
The requirements for the role:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or other related field
· At least 1 year of practical experience in a management position held within a credit or another financial institution
· At least 2 years of practical experience in the field of Lending
· Deep understanding on the field of financial services, including emerging trends, technologies and regulatory frameworks
· Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing market conditions
· Experience in navigating and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Ability to make strategic decisions and drive the changes rather than to adapt
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners and clients
· Excellent verbal and written English language skills
· Readiness to relocate
